This policy covers the East Side Bagel Company team applications and sign-in hosted on esbc.app. These tools are for our employees and managers — they are not offered to the public.
Sign-in with Google
Team members may sign in using their Google account. We use Google sign-in only to confirm your email address. We receive your name and email address from Google, and nothing else — no contacts, no files, no calendar, no access to your Google account content.
What we store
- Your work account: name and email address.
- Work records you create in the apps: schedules, shifts, tasks, inventory entries, and team messages.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
- We do not use this information for advertising.
- Information is used only to run East Side Bagel Company's daily operations.
Access and retention
Access is limited to East Side Bagel Company team members and management. When someone leaves the team, their sign-in access is removed. Work records are kept as ordinary business records.
